This comes installed in starships but often needs repairs.  They come in many types including: yellow triangles saying Do Not Step Here, silver squares saying Danger: Charged Capacitors, red circles saying Steam Vent Zone: Keep Away, and red pentagons saying Beware: Hot Ion Coils or Blowout Panel Zone or Caution: Superheated Elements.  Each sign is sold separately.
