Notes:

This is a ship repair device used to cut metal.  It can do 5-25BST depending on the width of the bean, which can be set from 1mm to 20cm where the smaller the beam the higher the damage.  The fuel canister supplies enough energy for one hour of use and replacements cost 10 credits each.
